Alejandro Manzano

Alejandro Manzano (Madrid, 1997) is a multidisciplinary artist with a solid training in Fine Arts, acquired at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg (HFBK Hamburg). In 2021, it was selected for the VII Edition of MASTER.LAV, a prestigious advanced artistic research and production program. Her career was further enriched in September 2022, when she moved to Venice to intern at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and work as a gallery assistant for Nadja Romain.
Alejandro Manzano’s artistic practice focuses on the concept of collage and the use of chance, combining various elements and media to generate works that invite new readings on both personal and collective problems. By interweaving different narratives and materials, Alejandro explores the frontiers of perception and interpretation, fostering a dynamic interaction that allows multiple layers of meaning to be discovered.
