Hace unos ayeres

This work is about nostalgia and distant memories of something that no longer exists. By projecting images and videos from my childhood onto a wall and placing myself in front of it to observe these memories, I want the viewer to be able to see both aspects of the work: the short fragments of a childhood captured by a camera and the subject observing them and trying to keep those memories alive. It is a desperate attempt of trying to keep alive something that no longer exists.
